No-Churn Coffee Ice Cream is a rich and creamy homemade frozen dessert made with bold coffee flavor and no ice cream maker required. With just a few ingredients, it delivers a smooth texture and indulgent taste perfect for coffee lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules or espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules or espresso powder in the warm water and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, dissolved coffee mixture, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee mixture until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips or chocolate chunks if using.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.
  7. Smooth the top with a spatula and cover tightly.
  8. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  9. Scoop and serve chilled.
