Margot Robbie Nachos are loaded with crispy tortilla chips, seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings for the ultimate shareable snack. Perfect for movie nights, parties, or casual dinners, these nachos deliver bold flavor and satisfying crunch in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag sturdy tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • Salsa, for serving
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  4. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  5. Stir in the taco seasoning and water and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Spread half of the tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
  8. Add half of the seasoned beef, black beans, corn, and jalapeño slices.
  9. Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, cheese, beef, beans, corn, and jalapeños.
  10. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  12. Top with diced tomatoes, red onion, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.
  13. Serve immediately with salsa and lime wedges.

  • Use thick, restaurant-style tortilla chips for the best texture.
  • Add wet toppings only after baking to keep the chips crispy.
  • Substitute shredded chicken or steak for the ground beef if desired.
