Mango Tiramisu is a refreshing no-bake dessert that combines layers of mango-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone filling, and juicy fresh mango. This tropical twist on the classic Italian favorite is light, elegant, and perfect for warm-weather occasions.

Ingredients

  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 16 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mango puree by blending part of the mango flesh until smooth. Stir in the lemon or lime juice if desired.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  5. Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the mango puree without oversaturating them.
  6. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
  7. Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  8. Add a layer of diced mango.
  9. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Garnish with additional diced mango or mango slices before serving.

Notes

  • For a tropical variation, replace part of the heavy cream with coconut cream.
  • Add passion fruit pulp between layers for extra tanginess.
  • Mix toasted shredded coconut into the cream layer for added texture.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze for up to 1 month, though texture may change slightly after thawing.
  • Chill thoroughly before serving for the best flavor and clean slices.
