Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Mango cubes (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mango cubes, honey or sugar, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the mango puree into the bottom of a serving glass.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the milk gently over the ice.

  8. Top with mango cubes or whipped cream if desired.
