A quick and easy no-bake dessert featuring layers of melted chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, and gooey marshmallows. This loaded s’mores bark is perfect for sharing and customizable with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits, crushed cookies, or candy pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker pieces over the chocolate.
  5. Add mini marshmallows and optional toppings.
  6. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the top.
  7. Gently press toppings into the chocolate.
  8. Let sit at room temperature or refrigerate until fully set.
  9. Break into pieces and serve.
