Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts or thighs
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Garlic, minced
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • Chicken broth
  • Dried oregano or thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
