Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 4 slices bread (sandwich bread, baguette, or rolls)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or mustard
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the bread with butter if desired.
  2. Spread mayonnaise, mustard, or preferred condiments on each slice of bread.
  3. Layer turkey evenly on two slices of bread.
