Leftover Turkey Alfredo Pasta is a rich and creamy dish with tender pasta coated in a velvety Alfredo sauce and combined with flavorful turkey.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
  • 12 oz fettuccine or any pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Add milk if needed to adjust consistency.
