Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 packet Knorr vegetable recipe mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 round loaf of bread (such as sourdough)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add Knorr vegetable mix and stir to combine.
  3. Squeeze excess moisture from spinach and add to the bowl.
  4. Stir in chopped water chestnuts and green onions.
  5. Mix until fully combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center.
  8. Cut removed bread into cubes for dipping.
  9. Fill the bread bowl with spinach dip.
  10. Serve chilled with bread cubes and additional dippers.
