Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form into small, evenly sized meatballs.
Optional: Brown meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for added flavor.
Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
In another bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour sauce over meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
Stir gently before serving to coat meatballs in sauce.
