Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form into small, evenly sized meatballs.

  5. In another bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
