Ingredients
pie crust or puff pastry
fresh or frozen spinach
ricotta cheese
eggs
parmesan cheese
mozzarella (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook fresh spinach until wilted or thaw frozen spinach, then drain well.
Sauté chopped onion in olive oil until soft, then add garlic.
