Instructions
Slice the bread in half lengthwise and lightly toast if desired.
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, pepperoncini, and olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
