  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced brie or gouda cheese
  • 8 oz salami or prosciutto
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries or mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup almonds or pecans
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
  • 10 small serving cups

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing fruit and vegetables and slicing cheeses if needed.
  2. Fold or roll slices of salami or prosciutto for an attractive presentation.
  3. Place a small handful of nuts or pretzels into the bottom of each serving cup.
  4. Add cubes or slices of cheese next.
  5. Arrange grapes, berries, olives, and cherry tomatoes around the cup.

  7. Add folded meats last so they remain visible.
  8. Garnish with small sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme for an elegant finishing touch.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Add crackers shortly before serving to keep them crisp.
  • Turkey, pepperoni, or ham can be substituted for salami or prosciutto.
  • Mini mozzarella balls, dried fruit, or dark chocolate make great additions.
  • Vegetarian cups can be made by adding extra cheeses, fruits, and vegetables.
  • Use clear cups for the best visual presentation.
  • Store assembled cups covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
