Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is a refreshing fall-inspired coffee drink made with real pumpkin puree, espresso, milk, and warm pumpkin pie spices. Creamy, flavorful, and easy to make at home, it delivers all the cozy flavors of autumn in a chilled beverage.

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream
  • Optional: extra pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or shaker, combine the pumpkin puree, maple syrup or brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the cooled espresso or coffee and whisk until smooth.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the pumpkin coffee mixture over the ice.
  5. Add the milk and stir until well combined.
  6. Top with whipped cream if desired.
  7. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • Use oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
