Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the butter, honey, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
