Honey-glazed lemon pepper wings are crispy, zesty, and coated in a sweet, buttery glaze. They deliver the perfect balance of citrusy tang and sticky sweetness in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. Toss wings with olive oil in a large bowl.
  4. Season with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer on a lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or air fry for 20–25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  7. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  8. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  9. Transfer cooked wings to a bowl and pour glaze over them.
  10. Toss until evenly coated and serve immediately.
