Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
