Healthiest Protein Brownies are a rich, fudgy treat packed with protein and made from wholesome ingredients. These brownies deliver indulgent chocolate flavor while supporting your nutrition goals, making them a perfect guilt-free dessert or snack.

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
