Hawaiian Pizza Bagel Bites combine the flavors of Hawaiian pizza into a fun, bite-sized snack with crispy bagel bases topped with melted cheese, savory ham, and sweet pineapple. A quick, easy, and delicious treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  1. 6 mini bagels (or 3 regular bagels, halved)
  2. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/2 cup diced ham
  5. 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing the bagels)
  8. Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you’re using a toaster oven, this works great for smaller batches!

  1. Prepare the bagels: Slice the mini bagels in half. Lightly brush the cut sides with olive oil for extra crispness, then place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  2. Add the sauce: Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each bagel half, spreading it evenly to cover the surface.
  3. Top with ingredients: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over each bagel. Then, add the diced ham and chopped pineapple on top of the cheese.
  4. Bake: Place the bagel bites in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bagels are golden brown.
  5. Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven, sprinkle with dried oregano if desired, and season with salt and pepper. Let them cool for a minute, then serve hot.

  • For extra cheese, add more mozzarella or even some Parmesan before baking.
