A fresh and creamy guacamole made with ripe avocados, lime, and simple ingredients, perfect as a dip or topping for a variety of dishes.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency.
  3. Add chopped onion, tomato, garlic, and cilantro.
  4. Pour in lime juice and sprinkle in salt.
  5. Add jalapeño if desired for heat.
  6. Mix gently until well combined.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  8. Serve immediately for best flavor.
