Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Green cabbage, chopped
  • Onion, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Olive oil

  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Soy sauce (optional)
  • Tomato paste or diced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Stir in paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the chopped cabbage and mix well.
  7. Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
  8. Stir in soy sauce or tomato paste if using, and adjust seasoning as needed.
  9. Serve hot.
