Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into cubes
2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
Blend the habanero peppers, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, honey, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Place the chicken cubes in a large bowl or resealable bag.
Pour the marinade over the chicken and coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 4 to 8 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve hot with lime wedges and your favorite side dishes.
