S’mores Trifle is a no-bake layered dessert that brings together all the flavors of a classic campfire s’more—chocolate pudding, marshmallows, and graham crackers—in a fun and indulgent trifle format.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (5.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
    2 3/4 cups milk (whole or 2%)
    1 package graham crackers (about 10-12), crushed
    1 cup mini marshmallows
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
    1/4 cup toasted coconut (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk in a bowl for 2 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a trifle dish, layer crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Top with chocolate pudding, then a layer of whipped cream, and sprinkle mini marshmallows.
  5. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
  6. Top with more crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and toasted coconut if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
