Ingredients

  • Chicken breast or chicken thighs (cut into chunks)
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic cloves (minced)

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Potatoes (cut into fries)
  • Olive oil (for fries)

  • Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Tzatziki sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  5. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  6. Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  7. Remove fries from oven and immediately top with crumbled feta and chopped parsley.
  8. Serve chicken skewers with feta fries, tzatziki sauce, and lemon wedges if desired.
