A fresh and colorful fruit charcuterie board filled with a variety of juicy fruits and optional sweet and savory pairings. Perfect for brunches, gatherings, or a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped
  • 2 cups watermelon or melon, cubed
  • 2 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 2 oranges, segmented
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup cheese cubes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or chocolate dip
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all fruits.
  2. Slice larger fruits like pineapple, melon, kiwi, apple, and mango into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Leave smaller fruits like berries and grapes whole.
  4. Arrange larger fruits first on a board to create structure.
  5. Fill in spaces with smaller fruits, mixing colors and textures.
  6. Add small bowls for yogurt, chocolate dip, or honey.
  7. Include optional items like nuts and cheese for variety.
  8. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
