Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt or regular yogurt
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries (optional)
  • Granola (optional)

  • Coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone cups.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture evenly into the prepared cups.
  4. Add desired toppings, gently pressing them into the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until completely firm.
  6. Remove from liners and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  7. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
