Ingredients
bananas, sliced
Greek yogurt
honey or maple syrup
vanilla extract
chocolate chips
coconut oil
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the banana slices to the yogurt mixture and gently stir to coat.
Scoop small clusters of the yogurt-covered bananas onto the prepared baking sheet.
Place the tray in the freezer for about 1–2 hours, or until the clusters are firm.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip or drizzle the frozen clusters with the melted chocolate.
Return the clusters to the freezer for another 15–20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Serve directly from the freezer.
Notes
