This Frozen Aperol Peach Margarita is a refreshing blended cocktail featuring sweet frozen peaches, bright citrus, tequila, and the subtle bittersweet flavor of Aperol. It’s a smooth, icy drink that’s perfect for summer gatherings, backyard parties, or relaxing on a warm evening.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 2 ounces tequila blanco
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Lime wedges, for garnish
  • Peach slices, for garnish
  • Tajín or coarse salt, for rimming the glasses (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rim the serving glasses with lime juice and coat with Tajín or coarse salt if desired.
  2. Add the frozen peaches, tequila, Aperol, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup if using, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and thick.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water or more lime juice. If too thin, blend in a few more ice cubes or frozen peach slices.
  5. Pour the frozen margarita into the prepared glasses.
  6. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh peach slices, then serve immediately.

Notes

  • Substitute frozen mango or strawberries for the peaches for a different fruity variation.
  • Use mezcal instead of tequila for a smoky flavor.
  • Add frozen raspberries, fresh basil, or mint for extra flavor.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace the tequila, Aperol, and orange liqueur with peach nectar, orange juice, and sparkling water.
  • Freeze leftovers in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 month and re-blend before serving.
  • Use fresh peaches with additional ice if frozen peaches are unavailable.
