Ingredients

  • 810 quail eggs
  • 4 small sandwich buns or slider rolls
  • 23 slices cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 23 slices cooked bacon or turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato slices, or avocado
  • Optional: mayonnaise or sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them until golden.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
