Ingredients

  • 3 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: sparkling water
  • Optional: peach slices
  • Optional: lemon slices
  • Optional: fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the peaches if desired.
  2. Add the peaches, honey, and a small amount of water to a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Strain the peach mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture if desired.
  5. In a large pitcher, combine the peach puree, fresh lemon juice, and cold water.
  6. Stir well until fully mixed.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey if needed.
  8. Add ice cubes and stir again.
  9. Garnish with peach slices, lemon slices, or fresh mint if desired.
  10. Serve chilled.
