Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
