Feta tzatziki is a creamy, tangy, and refreshing dip combining salty feta, cool yogurt, and crisp cucumber for a flavorful Mediterranean twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup cucumber (grated and drained)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or mint (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and crumbled feta, mixing until slightly creamy.
  3. Add the grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  4. Stir in chopped dill or mint.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Mix until fully combined.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
