Ingredients

  1. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff (or whipped topping)
  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  4. 2 tbsp molasses
  5. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  7. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. Optional: pinch of ground cloves or allspice

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  1. Add brown sugar, molasses, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  2. Stir in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and any optional spices.
  3. Fold in marshmallow fluff (or whipped topping) until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Unsulfured molasses gives the best balanced flavor—avoid blackstrap for this recipe.
  • Chilling enhances the flavor and helps the dip set.
