A colorful Easter charcuterie board featuring creamy cheeses, savory cured meats, crackers, fresh produce, dips, nuts, and festive pastel treats. This easy no-cook grazing board makes a beautiful appetizer or centerpiece for Easter and spring gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Brie, small wheel or wedge
  • Cheddar cheese, cubed or sliced
  • Goat cheese
  • Salami, thinly sliced
  • Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • Crackers, 2–3 varieties
  • Baguette, sliced
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Grapes
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Baby carrots
  • Cucumber, sliced into rounds or sticks
  • Radishes, sliced or whole
  • Hummus
  • Olives
  • Mixed nuts, such as almonds, pecans, or cashews
  • Honey or fruit preserves
  • Mini chocolate eggs
  • Easter candies

Instructions

  1. Choose a large serving board, cutting board, platter, or tray with plenty of room for the ingredients.
  2. Place small bowls on the board first and fill them with hummus, olives, honey, preserves, or other ingredients that need to be contained.
  3. Position the Brie, cheddar, and goat cheese around the board, leaving space between them for the remaining ingredients.
  4. Arrange the salami and prosciutto around the cheeses, folding or loosely bunching the slices to create texture.
  5. Add the crackers and baguette slices in small rows or curved sections, placing some near each cheese for easy pairing.
  6. Arrange the strawberries, grapes, blueberries, carrots, cucumber, and radishes around the board, alternating colors for visual contrast.
  7. Add the mixed nuts and other small savory ingredients to open spaces.
  8. Arrange the mini chocolate eggs and Easter candies in small clusters, keeping the sweets somewhat separated from the meats and vegetables.
  9. Fill remaining gaps with extra berries, nuts, crackers, or small candies until the board looks abundant.
  10. Keep perishable ingredients properly chilled until close to serving time and serve the finished board promptly.

Notes

  • For an Easter brunch board, add mini croissants, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, berries, jam, sliced fruit, and breakfast pastries.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the salami and prosciutto and add extra cheeses, vegetables, hummus, nuts, olives, fruit, and crackers.
  • For a kid-friendly board, use mild cheese, crackers, strawberries, grapes, pretzels, popcorn, cookies, and colorful Easter candy. Consider age-appropriate choking hazards when selecting foods.
  • For an elegant spring variation, add dried fruit, artisan crackers, honey, and edible flowers specifically sold as food-safe.
  • For a bunny-inspired board, arrange dip, cheese, crackers, or vegetables into a simple bunny shape.
  • For advance preparation, wash and thoroughly dry the produce, slice the cheese, and portion ingredients ahead. Keep perishable foods covered and refrigerated until assembly.
  • Refrigerate leftover meats, cheeses, dips, and cut produce promptly in separate airtight containers. Store crackers, nuts, and other dry ingredients separately at room temperature.
