This Domino’s Hot Buffalo Chicken Bake-inspired casserole combines tender chicken, spicy Buffalo sauce, creamy cheeses, and a golden baked topping for a rich and satisfying comfort food meal. Perfect for weeknight dinners, game days, or sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked penne pasta or rotini (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed buttery crackers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken until evenly coated.
  4. If using pasta, fold it into the chicken mixture.
  5. Mix in half of the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the top.
  8. If desired, combine the melted butter with the breadcrumbs or crushed crackers and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  10. Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
  11. Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley if desired.
