Ripe bananas
Coconut oil or vegan butter
Brown sugar

Instructions
Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise.
Heat coconut oil or vegan butter in a skillet over medium heat and place bananas cut-side down.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the bananas and drizzle with maple syrup. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and caramelised.
Gently flip the bananas and cook for another minute. Add vanilla extract and remove from heat.
Place the warm bananas in a serving dish.
Add scoops of dairy-free ice cream between or alongside the bananas.
Top with dairy-free whipped cream, chocolate sauce, chopped nuts, and fresh berries as desired.
Serve immediately.
