A warm, creamy crockpot onion dip made with caramelized onions and a blend of rich cheeses. This comforting appetizer is packed with deep savory flavor and perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • Butter
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Sour cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook sliced onions for 10–15 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized.
  2. Transfer onions to the crockpot and add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until well combined.
