Ingredients

  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can beef broth (use the empty cream of mushroom can to measure)

For Serving:

  • Egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions

Instructions

Prepare the Crockpot:

  • Add the stew meat, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and beef broth to the crockpot.
  • Stir everything together to combine.

2. Slow Cook the Beef Tips:

  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (or on high for 4 hours).

3. Cook the Noodles:

  • When the beef is done, cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
