Crock Pot Steak Bites are tender, flavorful pieces of beef slow-cooked to juicy perfection with savory seasonings, ideal for an easy, protein-packed meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 pounds sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
    1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Optional: sliced green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.

  1. Optional: Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites 1-2 minutes to brown.
  2. Place steak bites in crock pot. Add garlic, soy or Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar if using. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until tender.
  4. Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve hot.
