Decadent, fudgy chocolate brownies stuffed with gooey creme eggs, creating a rich and indulgent dessert perfect for Easter or any chocolate lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 creme eggs (whole or halved)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter until smooth, then cool slightly.
  3. Whisk sugar and eggs until thick and glossy.
  4. Stir in melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.
  5. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold gently.
  6. Pour half the batter into the pan.
  7. Place creme eggs evenly over the batter.
  8. Cover with remaining batter.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but fudgy.
  10. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
