Ingredients

  • Pasta (rotini or bowtie)
  • Ranch dressing
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sour cream
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Red onion, finely chopped
  • Cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • Cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or dill (optional)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon if using.
  4. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
