Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  8. In another bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, and instant pudding mix until thickened.
  9. Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the creamy layer.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  11. Add optional toppings such as whipped cream, toasted coconut, or cherries before serving if desired.
