Creamy Grape Salad is a refreshing, sweet, and creamy side dish made with juicy grapes, a rich cream cheese dressing, and a crunchy brown sugar and pecan topping. It’s an easy no-bake favorite for potlucks, holidays, brunches, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Seedless red grapes
  • Seedless green grapes
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Sour cream
  • Granulated sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Brown sugar
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and dry them well with paper towels.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. Fold the grapes into the cream cheese mixture until they are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top.
  7. Scatter the chopped pecans or walnuts over the brown sugar layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Use a mix of red and green seedless grapes for the best flavor and color.
  • Add the brown sugar and nut topping just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  • Greek yogurt can replace sour cream for a lighter version.
  • Dry the grapes thoroughly so the dressing coats them well.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Freezing is not recommended because the texture changes after thawing.
