Creami Jack in the Box Pumpkin Pie Shake is a creamy homemade copycat made in the Ninja Creami with pumpkin puree, warm fall spices, and a rich vanilla dairy base. This smooth frozen treat is perfect for satisfying pumpkin pie cravings any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (optional, for mix-in)
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Graham cracker crumbs, for garnish
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and salt until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container without exceeding the maximum fill line.
  3. Secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
  4. Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Process using the Ice Cream or Milkshake function, depending on your preferred consistency.
  6. If the mixture is crumbly, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk and process using the Re-Spin function until smooth and creamy.
  7. If desired, create a small well, add the crushed graham crackers, and process using the Mix-In function.
  8. Transfer to serving glasses.
  9. Top with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, and a light sprinkle of cinnamon before serving immediately.

Notes

  • Freeze the base for a full 24 hours for the best Creami texture.
  • Use pumpkin puree rather than pumpkin pie filling for the best flavor balance.
  • Add caramel sauce, chopped pecans, or crushed gingersnaps as mix-ins or toppings.
  • Store the frozen base in the Creami pint for up to 2 weeks and re-spin after refreezing if needed.
  • For a lighter version, substitute reduced-fat dairy products.
