Ingredients
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
Rinse the cranberries and remove any soft or damaged ones.
Add the cranberries to a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Transfer to a bowl and mix in the chopped red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Stir in lime juice, sugar or honey, and salt.
Taste and adjust sweetness, salt, or spice as needed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve chilled with chips or as a topping.

Adjust sweetness to balance the natural tartness of cranberries.
