Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies loaded with chunks of cookies and cream, delivering a rich, buttery treat with extra crunch and sweetness in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sandwich cookies, crushed into chunks
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, crushed sandwich cookies, and white chocolate chips if using.
  7. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing cookies apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Chill dough if cookies spread too much.
  • Do not overbake to keep centers soft.
