Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup brewed coffee, chilled
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Brew the coffee ahead of time and allow it to cool completely.
Add the almond milk, chilled coffee, pumpkin puree, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
