Cloud Bread is a light, airy, and fluffy bread alternative made with simple ingredients like eggs and cream cheese. Perfect for low-carb, gluten-free, and keto-friendly meals, it works beautifully for sandwiches, snacks, or sweet treats.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. Add cream cheese, honey if using, and salt to the egg yolks and mix until smooth.
  4. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites without deflating the batter.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into small rounds.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cloud bread to cool slightly before serving.
