Ingredients

  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil or butter in a large soup pot over medium heat.

  4. Add the pumpkin puree, broth, thyme, sage, salt, and black pepper.
