Citrus Vinaigrette is a fresh, tangy dressing made with a blend of orange and lemon juice, olive oil, and a touch of sweetness. It’s a quick and versatile way to brighten salads, vegetables, seafood, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine orange juice, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk together until combined, or shake well if using a jar.
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking, or add it all to the jar and shake vigorously until emulsified.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week. Shake or whisk before serving.
